New Android UCI engine: BBChess 1.3b.JA

If you know Minko (formerly Umko), you already know BB Chess a little bit because they are all different works of the same author Borko Boskovic from Slovenia. Now that makes clear where BB comes from...

BB Chess is relatively older and weaker. CCRL rates the same 1.3b version on a PC with 2477 ELO. Consequently, Android port by Jim Ablett is expected to be near 2300.

P.S.: Runs perfect at 10 sec/move tournaments under Chess for Android. I'm glad to have BBchess eligible for RAPIDROID rankings.
