Android UCI engine update: Gull 3 rev3 JA

The third build of Gull 3 for Android comes with Syzygy support and nodes per second display in Chess for Android (was reported as 0 constantly).

This is the same engine, compiled for arm7 again, with more functionality. Without tablebases, it's the same strength. To see what strength, we'll have to wait for next release of Rapidroid ranking.

You may however go quicker than me and start enjoying Gull 3 rev 3: HERE

  1. Unfortunately, C4A (v.5.1.1, I haven't updated to 5.1.2) still not showing nps, but DroidFish shows 500nps during analysis now, instead of 130nps in previous version, so I suppose it's working with full speed now :)

  2. Mmm... I think Jim will take a closer look at this. Personally i don't care too much about nps display as long as the engine runs flawlessly wtih full power but indeed it's preferable to obtain the information provided by the engine.

  3. Me neither, I don't care about nps display, because apart from this it's working flawlessly.
Shame I've got just 1 phone to run tournaments :)

  5. Jim!
Gull rev 4 is out of it's mind on my phone! It's showing some crazy evaluation (10543 on the beginning of the game for example, and it lost a game in 20 moves with Rodent :) It also doesn't see the clock properly (uses 1 minute for a move in 5 mins game). Also still no nps.
Something went wrong this time, I think. Or my phone getting old ;)
