Android UCI engine update: Chiron 3

Although it shows up as an update to the engine, i've noticed the version number remains the same. The what's new notice is also the same as the previous update.

WHAT'S NEW
* Improved parallel search
* Fixed a bug that could make Chiron stall

    Gurcan, personally i didn't notice any difference in Chiron's type of play,at least in blitz,same type of playing,same mistakes :)
