Android UCI engine update: Ivanhoe 999945.AP

At last, an Ivanhoe build able to run multi threads. I'm very happy that such compile came in, given that the engine used to be among the strongest single core Android engines.

I imagine that with the boost provided by SMP, Ivanhoe can become a candidate for the Rapidroid TOP-10. I will rate it as soon as possible.
