Android UCI engine update: Brainfish 2017.01.28.JV

This build of Brainfish is bundled with Other (Stockfish) Engines app by Javier. In case you want to install it directly under your favorite GUI without using OEX functionality, you can use THIS binary prepared for arm7 pie devices.

Don't forget that without using an opening book, like Cerebellum for example, Brainfish has nothing specific to provide and will perform just like the official Stockfish.
