Android UCI engine update: SugaR XPro.AP of 2017.03.20

On 20th of March, it was Aprijal's turn to prepare a SugaR build. He didn't release this one in his blog for an unknown reason. I guess Aprijal doesn't mind i'm sharing that SugaR here. Thanks go to Alex for sending it.
