Android UCI engine update: SugaR XPro1c.20170409.ACH

Another SugaR build by Alexei dated April,9th. Only for users interested in Stockfish derivatives. My humble opinion is that all derivatives are dependant on the original. So i'm not spending time with these. The only interesting one should be Cfish for me. Besides, i wouldn't call it a derivative as it keeps the same algorithm as Stockfish.

    Hi Gurcan! I think that this Sugar will
    be useful in finding tactical options
    in the game. It is strong when you
    include the tactical option in search
    of sharp combinations.
