Android UCI engine update: McBrain 2017.2.4a.ACH

Thanks to Alexei for compiling this latest McBrain. McBrain is a tweaked Stockfish, maintained by Micheal Byrne. You can read more about it HERE.

    Please make one versions of arm8 and arm8a. Please post tutorial for making on arm8 mobiles . So it will help reduce your load . Or else you will write it off by saying u need arm8 phone ...
