Android UCI engine update: Stockfish dev't 2017.11.26.ACH

An experimental Stockfish build with dynamic contempt (contempt default = 40!). It's hardcoded, so you don't need to set anything to obtain the fish who hates draws.

GET Stockfish 8.0.2017.11.26.ACH for arm7 and arm8
