Android UCI engine update: Fruit Reloaded 3.2.1

Although it took quiet a long time, more than 3 years to get an update to Fruit Reloaded of Fabien Letouzey, i wouldn't be surprised to see relatively modest imrovements. Indeed, Fruit had been the gateway to a new era in computer chess a decade ago. But neither the later versions of it, nor the forks (many to count) have progressed as much as "others" in the last decade.

No matter what, it's good to hear again from the "son" of the legendary engine.
