Android UCI engine update: Gull 3.AP with better SMP

A second attempt by Aprijal Pasaribu seems to help Gull ensure better SMP usage. I can confirm this version shows more CPU usage. It's currently playing gauntlets for Rapidroid as the best Gull compile.
