Android UCI engine update: Rodent III.0.171.AP

Aprijal Pasaribu is still working on Android builds of chess engines but not as frequently as in th beginning. He released this month the new version of Pawel Koziol's rat.

This Rodent deserves attention thanks to the SMP feature implemented. That means +100 or more ELOs can be expected by default in addition to the code improvements.

I guess Rodent will be 2900+ in Rapidroid in a future release.
