Android UCI engine update: Stockfish dev't 2017.08.26.ACH

Notice that two arm8 builds are included. They are compiled with GCC6.1 and GCC7.2 separately by Alexei in order to compare the performance of the output. GCC7.2 appears to deliver faster builds but try and see both with your own config.
