Android UCI engine update: armFish 2018.01.11

armFish builds used to be made by Lyudmil Antonov for arm8 64-bit devices only, using direct cpu instructions via assembly language. This method is the most native but a little bit unhuman too. One would only bear for nothing but to reach for the the fastest build.

While Lyudmil's github repository is silent since November 2017, different builds appeared in forums without clear confirmation that they are compiled by him. Probably, other people took the same challenge.

Although i didn't test below build deeply, i can confirm it works with CfA without problem. The only thing i noticed was that it doesn't use all cores on my MTK6752.

It's a good news! I didn't know that Alexei can compile armFish! ;-)

He's right. My bad. It's not A.Chernakoff. It came from Alex1976. I'll correct the text.
