I thanked both Rahul and karim who provides us engine and book when gurcan and alexie are silent. okay now I am going to talk about tournament when Rahul post here a tournament result of andscacs/ethereal then I was surprised by the result. The results show tat ethereal is stronger than andscacs. So I was very curious to know that Is ethereal exactly stronger than andscacs?and yes,it is.

In first link has pgn, its Score of Andscacs 0.921 vs Ethereal 10.76: W214 - L448 - D338 [0.383] 1000 Elo difference: -82.83 +/- 17.75 Ethereal is +82 elo stronger.
Yeah!clapping for ethereal. my tournament on 32-bit and armv7, well what about Xiphos and critter tournament or xiphos and ethereal? I think xiphos and ethereal would be interesting for tournament. But sf7 is still stronger.

Thank you Karim for your efforts ! Actually I like the longer depth opening books as I use them for studying openings,I only use the short 8-10 moves book for Engine vs Engine games like your recently released Libra8.bin.

now you becomes day by day my best online friend,cause my real friend is who, who finds my mistakes, i really appriciate it,infact i mistakenly compressed two times the pgn file, instead of bin file,this is called dizzyness lol, when you have lots of pgn files,but never mind i will share this time both pgn and binary as usual to 7zip...
me just checked the stockfish opening book ,it had only two lines,,d4 and e4, and it's depth wasn't longer more than 11moves, i personally liked it very less, say it only 5-percent lol, and yesterday after installing Arena 32bit to my laptop, i noticed it had Olympaid opening book only 529kb abk file, after converting it to polyglot i noticed it was 8moves but had more opening lines that weren't exist into our 10moves Olympaid book, so i decided to merge it with our 10moves book, and took only some minutes, it is already ready for sharing ,only waits for your orders,lol....................

Chysiddh Lazar here. Please confirm All alexei arm8 static library engines work as well as all Stockfish and komodo and acid ape wngines from google play right? Try senpai 2 arm8 as well as some arm7 engines like toga 1.3.1 and pawny 1.2 and old stockfish engines. arm7 and arm8 should work on your device hmm..
Chysiddh, its a little miracle that Critter works as its arm 5. Generally all Alexei arm8 with static libraries (so all Alexei arm8 engines from last 13 months) should work as well as all arm8 extracted from free chess apps from GP. Now arm 7, most should work but some may not. Arm 5 generally may not work. Also please clarify: the engines that dont work - they dont work on droidfish, or in Chess for Android (Aart Bik) or they simply dont work no matter what chess gui software you use? Try TEXEL 1.08a11 or 1.07a12 (from Peter Osterlund dropbox) and stockfish 6 arm64, stockfish 8 arm64 and some other older arm 8 engines. These should all work..but its a good test to try as stockfish 6 and 8 are old now.Yeah its a pain that you cant get them all to work as before.Try the ones i mention above ..texel stockfish 6&8 and some other arm 8 and arm 7 popular engines and report back when you can..and specify what software you use them on- droidfish or chess for android or other. You mean arm8 arm7 or arm5 dont work. I understand if arm5 dont work but arm7 and arm8 should. Whats your cpu and device type?

ReplyDeleteAll alexei arm8 static library engines work as well as all Stockfish and komodo and acid ape wngines from google play right? Try senpai 2 arm8 as well as some arm7 engines like toga 1.3.1 and pawny 1.2 and old stockfish engines. arm7 and arm8 should work on your device hmm..

ReplyDeleteChysiddh, its a little miracle that Critter works as its arm 5. Generally all Alexei arm8 with static libraries (so all Alexei arm8 engines from last 13 months) should work as well as all arm8 extracted from free chess apps from GP. Now arm 7, most should work but some may not. Arm 5 generally may not work. Also please clarify: the engines that dont work - they dont work on droidfish, or in Chess for Android (Aart Bik) or they simply dont work no matter what chess gui software you use? Try TEXEL 1.08a11 or 1.07a12 (from Peter Osterlund dropbox) and stockfish 6 arm64, stockfish 8 arm64 and some other older arm 8 engines. These should all work..but its a good test to try as stockfish 6 and 8 are old now.Yeah its a pain that you cant get them all to work as before.Try the ones i mention above ..texel stockfish 6&8 and some other arm 8 and arm 7 popular engines and report back when you can..and specify what software you use them on- droidfish or chess for android or other.
