Matefinder is a Stockfish fork maintained by Joseph Ellis and dedicated to solve puzzles rather than hitting the highest possible ELO.

The build by Alexei Chernakoff doesn't include an exact date. Besides, a quick search yielded nothing about a new release of Matefinder. I assume labeling it Aug,31th isn't a big mistake.

If so, let me know and i will correct the date.

This build comes from Alexei, as usual, given that he is the only build maker for Android remaining active except for a few engine authors, after Aart Bik, Jim Ablett and Aprijal Pasaribu stopped.

Android UCI engine update: Aristides 2.0d.ACH

Aristides is one of the strongest Stockfish derivative according to blitz tourneys between derivatives. Thanks to Alexei for bringing a recent version to Android.

Aristides is a C port of the Stockfish chess engine, forked from Cfish by Michael Byrne. It includes play by UCI_LimitStrength (play by ELO rating), UCI Move Delay, Fast Play when mate is found, Study option (from Matefinder), Hide Info (some information output may be skipped to reduce output) and various search tweaks.

Cfish 2017.08.19 by Javiolo

Thanks to Javiolo for keeping the Cfish updated for Android.

The latest app description says:
