RAPIDROID RELOADED: September-2017 ft Komodo 11.01 and Vajolet 2.3.1

Komodo 11.01 regains pace to chase SF8 closer but the top stayed the same as of September-2017. We'll have to expect Komodo 11.2.2 overcomes SF8 before introducing a SF development version.

Vajolet is the strongest new entry of this release, above 3000 ELO. It brings some fresh air and gets 15th place in the list.

From April to the end of August, Rapidroid has seen 2/3 of the games replayed due to the strict promotion & relegation procedure. Below list is the outcome of 20 rounds played by 11 groups with some manual games added.

Despite the high ratio of refreshment in the database, the results appear to stick around similar ELOs and they lie within error margins. That's what makes me think the whole structure of Rapidroid is reliable since the results are reproduceable.
