Android UCI engine update: Deep Saros 2.3f JA for Android arm7

Well, not really a version update but rather a more suitable binary, knowing that the previous one was based on arm5. Now there's an arm7 binary which in normal conditions should perform slightly better than arm5. The expectation remains to be verified though.

Deep Saros is one of those countless engine variants forked from the first wave of open source engines era. The experience tells it's not a tasteful discussion to dig down deep about who, when and how developed the code. So let's just keep in mind Deep Saros is among the strongest engines around,.

Especially on Android, DS is the leading single core engine so far, even though its SMP feature is present but fails  to function. Imagine how better it could perform with 4 cores!
