Lichess 4.10.2

Lichess is the Android version of the favorite app of most online chess players. If Lichess didn't show up in Chesstroid until present day, the main reason was that it didn't have its own engine for offline play...

...which appeared to be wrong. Indeed, it had an engine on its own and time controls are available too.

So, meet Lichess for Android at GOOGLE PLAY.
