Android UCI engine update: Gull 3r5.AP

That was Aprijal Pasaribu's first attempt to help Gull work better with Android. Please note that the build is not new. It was made on Feb,9th. It's just because of my late "reprise".

As the current build prepared by Jim Ablett didn't seem to fully use the SMP function, it was logical to call for help for debugging the port, considering that the Android version had lower ELO than expected, approximately 40 ELO missing.

Even though Aprijal's build can't do better than JA, there's a 64 bit version available at least, so he deserves our appreciation.
