Android XB engine update: Tucano 5.00.JA

Tucano is a recent engine still maintained by its Brazilian author Alcides Schulz.

It had reached 2304 ELO in latest RAPIDROID ranking i'd published in january. I guess the huge improvement from 1.04 to 5.00 can push it up to 2500 on Android. Thanks to Jim Ablett for bringing the newest Tucano to Android.

As a complementary information, note that the PC version is currently rated 2687 by CCRL.
